INVESTING

Focus on underinvested assets

Milestone priorities are real estate and credit situations requiring investment, restructuring, and repositioning to enhance asset value.

We focus on situations with capital-starved assets, with good underlying fundamentals and strong capital market tailwind, and we work proactively to unlock such value by improving the capital structure.

From the very first steps of the deal underwriting, we identify key value drivers and work proactively throughout the due diligence process to mitigate the risk factors, by using creative investment structures, or by frontloading key asset management initiatives.
